This qualification comprises of 2 units:

• Leading Your Work Team

• Diversity in the Workplace

To achieve the award, participants must complete 2 assessments.

6 full days or 12 half days for delivery

This qualification is ideal if you have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities. It’s particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management.

The qualification comprises of 3 units: 

• Solving problems and making decisions

• Understand how to establish an effective team

• Understanding organising and delegating in the workplace

To achieve the award, participants must complete 3 assessments.

4 full days or 8 half days for delivery

This qualification is designed for project managers, department heads, and other practising middle managers. Develop your skills and experience, improve your performance, and prepare for senior management responsibilities.

This qualification comprises of 2 units:

• Becoming an effective leader

• Making professional presentations

To achieve the award, participants must complete 2 assessments.

6 full days or 12 half days for delivery

This qualification is designed for senior managers who are new in their roles, or middle managers who are preparing for promotion. This is a valuable bridge towards Level 7 qualifications, as you can carry credits forward.

This qualification comprises of 1 unit:

• Developing personal effectiveness and impact

This qualification requires participants to conduct research as part of their assessment, theoretical reading, etc.

10 full days of delivery

Develop your strategic leadership and management skills with the most current leadership and management capabilities needed for effective leadership. This qualification is designed for senior / strategic leaders and managers seeking to sharpen their strategic leadership capability, enabling them to deliver successful outcomes for their organisation.

This qualification comprises of 2 units:

• Developing personal effectiveness and impact

• Strategic leadership development

This qualification requires participants to conduct research as part of their assessment, theoretical reading, etc.

8 full days of delivery

This qualification prepares learners for teaching or training in a wide range of contexts. As this is an introductory teaching qualification, it is best suited for individuals who wish to teach in the Further Education and Skills Sector and therefore forms a foundation for those with little or no previous experience of teaching or training.

This qualification comprises of 3 units:

• Unit 1 - Understanding roles, responsibilities and relationships in education and training

• Unit 2 - Understanding and using inclusive teaching and learning approaches in education and training

• Unit 3 - Understanding the principles and practices of assessment

To achieve the certificate, participants have to complete 3 assessments.
